Return Policy

• If you want to return or cancel a product please email us at caroline@whatevertrevorbooks.co.uk.
• Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the book, excluding the original postage and packaging costs. These costs are non-refundable.
• You must return any unwanted products with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns after this time will not be accepted. We are entitled to withhold any refund until we have received the relevant products (if required). 
• We are unable to provide refunds for digital products (audiobooks and e-books)

All domestic UK deliveries are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

International shipping options include both Tracked and Non-Tracked options. Although more expensive, I reccomend choosing the 'Tracked' option to avoid any dissapointments should the package go missing in transit. I will be unable to provide a replacement if you have not selected the 'Tracked' option. In the case of a missing delivery, the Tracked option gives us the to opportunity to track where your package is. International delivery times will vary. All orders will be dispatched from Whatever Trevor in 1-2 business days.
